• The 1.000 bar heater, also called hot water unit, is a large burner installation that is built into a 20ft container. Thanks to this high-pressure water heating system, the water is heated up to 95 ° C under a pressure of up to 1.000 bar after leaving the high-pressure pump. This combination is suitable for (industrial) cleaning work.

  We can provide transport to location on customer request or we ensure that the container on trailer chassis is ready for collection.

   

  Characteristics

  The hot water unit with a heating capacity of 1300kW is an ideal addition to the 400 or 700hp high-pressure unit. The combination of the high-pressure pump and the hot water unit is the solution against dirt such as oils and greases. As a result of this combination, water will rage on the surface to be cleaned under 1.000 bar at 260 litters per minute with a temperature of 95 ° C. The hot water will achieve the desired cleaning result even faster, which provides a great time advantage and cost savings.
